MyStateStreet

For my second co-op, I had the opportunity to work at State Street as a UX Design & Research Co-op in the Boston office. State Street is a global financial services and bank holding company providing services across investment management, markets and financing. MyStateStreet (MySS) is the company’s client-facing portal, where client users can access all information related to their accounts with State Street. During my time there, I worked with the UX team to define design requirements, identify pain points, and ideate design solutions for a wide range of features and products within MySS. The services I focused on were the alternatives sector, risk management, and asset owners.
